To address the lack of publicity for the project, Ztory has developed a new strategy for clients and divided it into four phases: sensation, attention, interpretation and retention.
Sensation Stage x Attention Stage
In the first stage, the team started by creating a dedicated page on social media to announce the project and promote public participation in social enterprises, as a preparation for the following activities. The team also designed a minisite with the theme of ‘Help You with Your Help’ and a one-minute animation to present the project details.
For the key publicity period, Ztory invited the internet celebrity Rik Ching to collaborate with it and be a one-day staff at a social enterprise, YM Balloon. With the celebrity effect, successfully address the public’s concerns to pay more attention and support to the social enterprises.
