Starbucks launched a new rewards program, Starbucks Rewards™️, in 2016, replacing the previous My Starbucks Rewards™️ program. In 2019, Starbucks intended to revamp its members’ e-newsletter and appointed Ztory to design the new template.

The new template features a large number of dynamic elements, which sets it apart from traditional e-newsletter layouts. In addition to bringing life to the dull e-newsletter, it also attracts more audience to open the e-newsletter, thereby increasing the click-through rate and promoting interaction and connection between the brand and members.
