Inspiration Originates from Everyday Life
GROHE’s main clientele are families, most of them coming from a younger demographic that enjoys a high quality of life. Compared with traditional families, younger families look for high practicality, exquisite design and user-friendly experience when making purchases. Nowadays, a lot of families are led by dual-career couples. Bound by hectic schedules, heavy workloads and household responsibilities, people often suffer from burnout.
With this in mind, Ztory developed 'Pumping. Plumbing. Going the Distance Together'. as the slogan of this rebranding campaign. As the campaign coincided with the 2018 Asian Games, the team invited local long-distance runners – Ka Ho Chan and Christy Yiu – to act as protagonists in the rebranding story. Presenting the perspective of athletes and first-time parents, Ztory conveyed the message of the need to unplug, slow down and re-energise to maintain strong willpower. This is when GROHE steps in to provide users with high-performance bathroom solutions with excellent designs. Revitalised by ease and comfort at a whole new level, customers can start afresh, going faster, higher, and stronger.
A Final Word
Ztory’s campaign for GROHE has successfully captured the attention of the market. Attractive video clips, social media contents and advertisements received overwhelmingly positive feedback. This underlines the importance of establishing a distinctive brand image, backed by relevant and relatable brand stories.
